The bucket seems too full / too empty for my day

The bucket starts with sensible published estimates, then learns you. Log your daily outcome (migraine or clear day — one tap on Home) and the app recalibrates your personal threshold over time. You can also long-press any food to set your own trigger score for it.

A food I react to is marked "low" (or vice versa)

Everyone's list is different — that's the whole point of the app. Long-press the food in Quick Add or the diary and choose Mark as my trigger to set your own score. Your version always wins over the built-in one.

How do sleep and cycle sync from Apple Health?

Profile → toggle Apple Health sync. The app reads sleep and cycle days (read-only, on-device, never transmitted) each time you open it. You can revoke access any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access.

Where is my data stored? Can you see it?

Everything stays on your phone. We have no servers and no way to see anything you log. Full details in the privacy policy.

How do I export a report for my doctor?

Profile → Doctor report (PDF) — it bundles your attacks, trigger patterns, medication use and cycle correlation into a clean summary. Part of Bucket Plus.

Restore a Bucket Plus purchase

Profile → Bucket Plus → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that bought it.
