The bucket starts with sensible published estimates, then learns you. Log your daily outcome (migraine or clear day — one tap on Home) and the app recalibrates your personal threshold over time. You can also long-press any food to set your own trigger score for it.
Everyone's list is different — that's the whole point of the app. Long-press the food in Quick Add or the diary and choose Mark as my trigger to set your own score. Your version always wins over the built-in one.
Profile → toggle Apple Health sync. The app reads sleep and cycle days (read-only, on-device, never transmitted) each time you open it. You can revoke access any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access.
Everything stays on your phone. We have no servers and no way to see anything you log. Full details in the privacy policy.
Profile → Doctor report (PDF) — it bundles your attacks, trigger patterns, medication use and cycle correlation into a clean summary. Part of Bucket Plus.
